Currently it's very hard to add a custom provider without forking Kratos.

I would like the providers to "register themselves" in an init() function, instead of the current func (c ConfigurationCollection) Provider.

On windows, a CLI executable started through vtkSlicerCLIModuleLogic::ApplyTask systematically hides any windows. See code here and

Admins should be able to sort by the dates/times hackers submitted by, to accommodate a first-come first-served admittance policy.
