Focused crawls are collections of frequently-updated webcrawl data from narrow (as opposed to broad or wide) web crawls, often focused on a single domain or subdomain.
I think we could consider creating new Namespaces as needed (with a random suffix or a counter suffix) and see if it speeds up the tests (as we no longer need to wait for Namespace deletion all the time).
