Autosync overwrites unsaved settings changes.

Describe the bug
When making any change in the settings and having auto-sync running it will default back to the original values from the config. This does not happen if you save before auto-sync changes it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on auto sync
  2. make changes in settings without saving
  3. watch it change back.

Expected behavior
This should not
