We currently have some utilities copied from aragonUI in a number of the apps, but we should prefer directly importing them from aragonUI instead (for example, shortenAddress).

Describe the bug

This doesn't affect the application, it's just some cleanup. The project was originally called hello-edge-and-node as this starter was based on their tech stack for dApp development. Since then, I rebranded the project as web3-starter.

The package.json needs to have the project renamed, and there are some places in the README as well that need to have `hello-edge-and
