permuted_ols actually works for one-sample tests, which is not documented.
Also, the outputs are only -log_10( corrected_p_values), which is a bit limited too. It is also ill-documented.

This is based on an idea @emdupre had when she was looking at NiMARE's documentation. Basically, our Sphinx configuration includes a width restriction by default, but said restriction may not make things more readable.

The obviously missing piece from this project is part that allows converting the ouput of the app into a human readable method section any researcher can copy into their article.

The goal of this sub-project is to create some prototype scripts to:
