It currently says "The most common asynchronous pattern is callbacks." This is wrong. We should put promises at the top, and callbacks last. We should probably lift up async-await as well, before the example returning promises.

If you want to work on this, please state so in this issue so not multiple people start working

SirixDB as Brackit currently offers a "one-shot" query through params or STDIN, but we should provide a simple CLI tool, which can execute several queries in a row.

If there is nothing but a replication cursor bookmark on the sender, and the receiver has no snapshots, zrepl currently fails with

no common snapshot or suitable bookmark between sender and receiver

Given that a previous replication must have been successful (otherwise the replication cursor would not have been created), that is technically correct.
