Issue description
Layers do not share WebGL context, which creates glitches when a map has more than one 3d layer. For example a buildings layer with a 3D line will not hide the line behind the buildings.
In particular, I am implementing a 3D terrain layer but this layer will not hide (behind mountains) any other 3d element

For better UX and for people with bad eyesight it makes sense to change the color of the current position icon in different states:

• GPS position is known and actual
• GPS position is not detected yet, but OM tries to find it
• GPS position is turned off and not active

Let's decide on colors (they should be clearly recognizable on top of the map).
