In https://github.com/greenkeeperio/greenkeeper-lockfile/blame/master/README.md#L41 it says:

Current behavior:
Greenkeeper Pull Request Fails in Circle Ci when the job needs download a cache created in a previous job
Desired behavior:
Should be able to download cache folder for run build job.
