Short description

With debug logging enabled, compressed requests cause binary data to be logged, messing up the terminal, and being generally of little use.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. run OPA: opa run -s --log-level debug --log-format text
  2. in another terminal, run curl --compressed http://localhost:8181/metrics

With log format text, we'll get a bunch of binary soup.

Describe the bug
When using parse-tree command, error information in printed twice with slightly different text.

Expected behavior
There should be one error log instead of dupli
