Right now the src/runtime.c template is not a valid C file before the substitutions are made. This hardens developing on that file unnecessarily.

Some solutions to this are discussed on #32, e.g.

Sure, or variations of int value = /* START / 0 / END */; expressions where it is important, and replace both tokens and the content they box.

Are there any plans to support the PubSubHubbub API for creating webhooks?

I could try to create a PR for implementing this (I'm hoping to use it for implementing https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-github/issues/275) if there is any chance of it being accepted.

The point of sale app should probably be more robust against RPC or network errors (either from Solana or the WiFi).
