Focused crawls are collections of frequently-updated webcrawl data from narrow (as opposed to broad or wide) web crawls, often focused on a single domain or subdomain.
In PR #4557 we added InstallEarlyMethod and used it to merge FirstOp and First. Something similar should be done for more operations, following the pattern outlined in PR #4557
