Hey there! I'm Blaine (you may know me as @blainebublitz or phated). I'm an avid open source creator & experimenter. I've also been the lead maintainer of gulp for many years.

In my spare time these days, I'm working on the Grain programming language, building tooling in the ReasonML & ZK ecosystems.

Why open source?

My entire career has been influenced by open source.

  • When I was just starting, I read all the source code I could find.
  • I built a node.js consulting company using open source and gave back every piece of software I could.
  • Now, I spend all of my time thinking about ways to get other open source developers paid!
