Transfering @NissesSenap's issue from ViaQ/loki-operator/issues/103

Today the operator only support aws and thus S3 object storage but on the other hand Loki have support for a number of none S3 storage solutions: https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/configuration/#storage_config

I know that this operator in a early stage but to make it easier for faster adoption it would be nice to support

On contexts with many APIs and APIs calling other APIs in chains, having too many spans in the zipkin/jaeger dashboards may lead to a too complex usage of such dashboards and of not necessary big data volumes.

A Fault injection filter should provide configurable error injection capabilities, such as delay, error local reply. it is best to have more detailed routing-based configuration capabilities

I tried deploying MuShop using "Deploy to Oracle Cloud" button (https://cloud.oracle.com/resourcemanager/stacks/create?zipUrl=https://github.com/oracle-quickstart/oci-cloudnative/releases/latest/download/mushop-stack-latest.zip) and the Apply job failed with the following error:
