It might be useful to have rationalize(x) return x if x is already rational, to allow generic code that takes both reals and rationals as inputs.

See this issue sympy/sympy#11044 . That issue was fixed in PR sympy/sympy#11566. Though no test case was added for the lambdify.

Linux and windows has a max filename of 255, which means 244 characters are usable (without the .thrivesave ending). The user can enter longer filenames and the saving crashes.
