As noted on slack, I've run into a couple of road-blocks when exploring some features. Noting them here for posterity:

In the customer account there is a section for Files where it says "Some subscriptions may give you access to files. If they do, they will appear below"

It would be much better UX if this section simply didnt display if there are no files attached
