We already have some scripts in the scripts directory. It would be good to run them for every PR.

Summary

I want to be able to configure some of yamllints rules when running ansible-lint

We can add an upgrade/downgrade command for litmusctl binary, it can look at the matrix of versions in a file and upgrade/downgrade according to the user's choice.
