I would need to get each user's hourly rate using the API (this should be one of the user preferences): how should I do it?

I'm not sure if it's already feasible (and I just cannot find it) or if this is missing.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I understand that a change within a translation does not affect a translated model's database table.
However, logically it changes the model's attributes, so it would be nice to also get the changed translation values with their corresponding keys within the result when calling $model->getChanges() within an update operation.

It would be nice to have a feature to select a timeframe or number of incidents displayed on the page.
Show only incidents from the past 2 months or 1 year. But still be able to see the incidents in the system but not for the public feed.
