Use case description

This issue is related to serverless/serverless#3491
Currently, setting something like:

provider:
  name: aws
  runtime: nodejs14.x
  environment:
    MYVAR: ${env:MYVAR, null}

Will result in MYVAR being set

I'm getting "authLevel": "Anonymous" from using the new -a flag. This causes warnings from the JSON schema and has caused an issue with an app where it defaults back to function level when published. That last part strikes me as especially strange but would be a host issue. Regardless, the output from the Core Tools should be camelCased instead of PascalCased.

I understand that optimisation of image/x-icon files has been added to Magick.NET (dlemstra/Magick.NET@c5e41c5). Are there any chances of this being added to Imgbot?

This has been requested before in #444, unfortunately, that issue has become stale without any comments whatsoever.

Add Cypress tests for proxying requests to Static server.
This would help in testing and preventing issues like these.
