Related with nunomaduro/phpinsights#23 will be a great idea to allow set all commands parameters from config/insights.php when is used with php artisan insights.

Maybe something like:

I looked into the CLI part of style-dictonary to construct a similar thing and I found a bug when I run the command style-dictionary test or npx -p style-dictionary style-dictionary test in my case:

Composite literals have blank lines removed, but it seems to treat the trailing */ of a multi-line comment as a blank line.

If we add the following testcase to composite-literals-leading-lines

var _ = map[string]string{
        /*
        */

        "foo": "bar",
}

formatting produces:
