Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

Detailed description

When running cv2.seamlessClone() the error is a bit misleading when the incorrect image path is supplied. It doesn't make it obvious that the problem is in the path

EDIT: The failure is due to update in Python 3.10 behaviour.

The following OpInfo tests fail locally (with Python 3.10) but pass on CI for gradient op
