Describe the bug

Installation of yay-11.0.2 with sudo yay -Syu fails.
Spezifically:
go build -trimpath -mod=readonly -modcacherw -ldflags '-X "main.yayVersion=11.0.2" -X "main.localePath=/usr/share/locale/" -linkmode=external' -buildmode=pie -o yay
fails with

It would be very helpful to be able to list all packages managed by rua, and list what's the currently installed version, as well as whether there is a newer verson available.

In order to automate releases to pypi, we should have a CI that detects a new tag, and pushes it to pypi

Pushing manually.

I have multiple packages installed from AUR which are offered for update every time I run yup but IMHO they shouldn't.

I.e. in todays output:
