In our database projects we have several scmp-files with pre-configured schema compares.
As now I can use the files by opening the Schema Compare from the context-menu on the connection, and then click Open .scmp-file.

If I try to open the file from the file explorer or the project explorer I only get the underlaying XML-file, which mostly often isn't very useful.

Update Font Header size in iOS.

But, the Header value, 96, seem really really high especially when compared to iOS and UWP.

This PR update the value comparing values with iOS.

PropertyFunctionMSBuildDivide test uses "6.5536" string to represent an expected value. I have Czech regional settings and we are using comma as the decimal symbol, so this test is failing. Local fix is easy - represent the value as number and invoke ToString(). Or we can make the TestPropertyFunction method generic and call ToString() on generic expected parameter.

Vlad had suggested having a method, changeState, that is called in all cases where we change the _lifecycleState, and that method encapsualtes the allowed state change state machine.

I think we could take that even a step further, and add a new class that encapsulates the var , state machine function, and properties. this would put all the lifecycle changes in one place, and allow us to prevent
