Resize not working right on initial boot.

I burned the HamPi 1.5 image to a 64G SanDisk SD card and booted it on an 8G Pi4b. While it claimed to be resizing the partition on the first boot, it still showed as a 15G partition with 13G used.

When I used raspi-config to resize the partition, it came up after reboot as a 59G partition with 13G used.
