Currently TraceConfig type on protobuf has Timeout as string and is later parse inside of the function. This Timeout parameter should be of type time.duration to avoid having this extra step.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On a fresh account, if you log a conversation for a contact using the "phone" method, the "last contacted" attribute doesn't appear to update.
If this is expected behaviour then we'll leave it at that however if it's a bug we can re-label?
