Focused crawls are collections of frequently-updated webcrawl data from narrow (as opposed to broad or wide) web crawls, often focused on a single domain or subdomain.
After #1762 is merged, we should look into reducing code duplication between the port access function of ComponentOps and CellInterfaces. We should also provide similar function names and remove any functions that aren't used yet, since they're not really tested.
