This cleans up the release to follow newer conventions (using ncc to package as a single JS file in dist) and removes the old zip references to toolkit (consuming from npm). It also:

  • Adds linting similar to some other actions we have
  • Cleans up the code a bit
  • Fixes gitignore so it works on mac
