The Tweaks Anthology is a WeiDU compilation of nearly 200 components of cosmetic changes, house rules, and other tweaks. Some of these were fan requests, others are needed changes, and others simply make dealing with the more irritating aspects of the game engine easier. Each component can be installed separately so the player can pick and choose only which ones they wish to install.
The BG1 NPC Project adds a great deal of content by expanding the depth of character and levels of interaction with the NPCs from the Baldur's Gate game. Requires Tutu, BGT, or BGEE.
IWDification is a mod to bring some of the elements of Icewind Dale into the Baldur's Gate series of games. A lot of this project is based upon the work of the IWD-in-BG2 conversion project. The mod adds various elements such as selectable bard songs, two-handed axes, and over 65 new spells into your BG2, Tutu, BGT, or BGEE game. Every component can be installed independently of one another.
As we were unable to get the original character voice actors to voice all the new lines, we instead sought out music appropriate to each NPC to be played whenever they initiate banter. This musical package is a separate, optional package.
A drow, a dwarf, a halfling, a dragon(?) and a priest of Talos walk into a tavern. What's the punchline? Find out with Glam's NPC Pack, featuring the original "Vynd, Drow Assassin" and four brand-new party members for BGEE, Tutu, BGT, and EET.
Gavin is an NPC mod for Tutu, BG:EE, and the BG portion of BGT and EET. He is a Morninglord of Lathander and can be found outside the Song of the Morning Temple, near Beregost. https://www.gibberlings3.net/mods/npcs/gavin/
This mod adds Isra Ghadir, a young paladin of Sune Firehair, to Baldur's Gate. You can find her in the Nashkel Mines region, trying (with no success whatsoever) to resolve Prism's legal difficulties
The Divine Remix aims to rebalance and change several aspects of divine-magic-using classes, such as clerics, paladins, druids, and rangers. The mod was originally known as Cleric Remix.
The Bardic Appraisal mod is a small WeiDU mod that adds an ability to bards (including all kits) that allows them to appraise any identified item in the party. The value reported does not include markup or depreciation.
This mod expands Coran's Friendship talk sequence, adding up to eighteen (18) new banters with the protagonist (and one potential comment by Garrick) for a player character who is not in an active romance with him. If you have The BG1 NPC Project installed, they begin playing after the last regular friendship talk. If the player started and interrupted Coran's The BG1 NPC Project romance, the friendship sequence should initiate after that. If you do not have The BG1 NPC Project installed, they become available immediately.
This mod adds Valerie, a sorceress and member of the Cowled Wizards of Amn, sent to investigate the mines of Nashkel. It contains a friendship for a PC of any race and gender with flirt opportunities for both genders that can be considered PG material.
This mod adds a new NPC to the Baldur's Gate portion of either of the conversions, Baldur's Gate Tutu or BGT-WeiDU, or Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition.
The Calling really started as a collection of random questions from BG—why didn't anyone take over the gnoll stronghold, considering the two bordering nations are on the brink of war? How come the only class-specific quests in the game are with Narlen Darkwalk? Why isn't Melicamp used more? While the original idea was more along the lines of a stronghold mod for BG, it grew into a planned collection of class-specific quests. Many others were also eager to contribute their quest ideas as well.
Garrick's Infatuation for BGEE, EasyTutu, BG Tutu, or BGT allows Gorion's foster daughter to explore a closer acquaintance with her very first biographer through a series of 25 conversations. The flirtation is available to females of any race, class, or alignment and it begins shortly after Garrick is recruited. The mod is intended for the Baldur's Gate segment of the saga and is fully compatible with the BG1 NPC Project, though the latter is not required. https://www.gibberlings3.net/mods/npcs/garrick/
This is a collection of 47 portraits for the Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II cast of NPCs on either the original or Enhanced Editions of the series. They also work on the various conversion projects Tutu, BGT, and EET. They can also be installed as player portraits on any Infinity Engine game.
There are five NPCs in the Baldur's Gate series who have multiple official portraits. Edwin, Imoen, Jaheira, Minsc, and Viconia all have different portraits for the BG and BG2 games; Imoen and Viconia have a third official portrait from Siege of Dragonspear. This mod will allow you to use any of these official portraits for them on any given game, e.g. you can use Imoen's BG portrait in BG2, or Viconia's SoD portrait in BG. The original and Enhanced Editions of Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II are supported, as is Siege of Dragonspear and the various conversion projects involving these NPCs (EET, BGT, and Tutu).
The Lore From Learning mod is a small WeiDU mod that adds lore bonuses to your main character as you learn and adventure throughout the game. The bonuses (and the stimuli that provide them) are, by design, meant to be minor and enhance the role-playing aspect of the game.
This collection of portraits for the player (not NPCs) is a collection of Plasmocat's favorites, many of which were commissioned for various mods and others which are just portraits she wanted to make from the photos of models she thought were interesting.
This is a package to replace the BG NPC portraits with ones Plasmocat has edited in "BG2 Style". The additional custom portraits are also available for assignment to your Player Character (PC). It contains no additional content, and does not touch your installation.
The Learn Through Use Mod attempts to add a small element of realism to Baldur's Gate II by tracking weapon proficiencies for weapon types the player is actually using, rather than as arbitrary choice at level-up.
The Debugging Suite is designed to work with Baldur's Gate II with or without the Throne of Bhaal expansion pack. Note that the suite doesn't actually alter any game files and leaves no entry in the WeiDU log, so that it can be used at any point in the install order, as many times as needed. If there is interest for the Suite on other platforms (BG, IWD, etc.) it can be developed. For the most part, the file formats are the same so certain components may work on non-BG2 variants of the Infinity Engine, though I may not be able to actively support them.
The Geomantic Sorcerer Kit is strongly based on the Druidic Sorcerer Kit by Constant Gaw, and resurrected by hlidskialf and loosely based on the Geomancer prestige class from the AD&D 3rd Edition Masters of the Wild manual. The kit combines the sorcerer's spellcasting methods and spells with additional druidic spells and abilities and features its own unique tiered HLA progression and custom spells. See the kit description below for more details.
This is a collection of kits and an item pack from Sorcerer's Place. The mods were originally in an older, harder-to-install format and have been converted to use a WeiDU installer. Item restrictions are also applied dynamically, meaning that the item restrictions for the Arcane Fist and Archer of Sylvanus kits will be implemented across all items in the game, including those added or altered by other mods. Polar Bear, Drizzt1180, and Creslyn wrote the original content.
