Foundation v8.27.0 added support for parallel testing in the test command. However, this is currently broken as per the notes in laravel-zero/foundation#52.

The issue

the concept capability should merge with registry , the final name can be registry
we should have a default registry https://registry.kubevela.net
we should align the output format as below.

NAME           	REGISTRY  DESCRIPTION	  DEFINITION                    		APPLIES-TO

This is a very usefull feature to have, would be great if someone can add this to Boop. Amazing piece of software! Thank you.
