RPCs that return detailed information about mempool entries (e.g. getmempoolentry and getrawmempool(verbose=True) include the fields fee, modifiedfee, descendantfees, and ancestorfees which were marked as "DEPRECATED" and replaced with a fees object field in #12240 (since v0.17).

We should remove these fields, but first, properly deprecate them using -deprecatedrpc.

Background

Often Tor only nodes become unreachable while still online which causes long channel downtimes and being unable to fulfill Pool bids.

Currently stratumserver has no unit tests. This will improve the quality and allow future commits to be TDD safe. All units will be tested to ensure the module as a unit itself is tested.

Reading currencies, alphavantage returns a greeting note ("welcome") and this note raises an error in alphavantage.py line 363.

Add custom clj-kondo hooks for macroses to ensure that lint rules are followed inside them.

Macros to be handled:

• fx/merge - seems like it could be lint'ed as thread macro, plus warn on limitations
• defview
• letsubs - lint as let + check on types for

Those two things tend to stall a bit on startup. It would be nice to have the [0%]... output for them.
