In our repository files need to lock. It would be nice to add the appropriate operations to the context menu of the file.

A small but annoying issue, regarding the autocomplete when setting permissions in a repository. SCM-Manager 2.19.1

Situation:

• we have more than 5 groups that begin with the same prefix.
• we have a group whose name is exactly the given prefix.

In the Add New Permission textbox, we write the prefix.

The annotate viewer is mostly broken in Visual Studio 2019 when using non standard Windows DPI settings.

The AnkhSVN2019 fork has a new implementation using a more modern approach. (The old version had to work with the old pre-VS2012 editor). We should decide if we want to fix the current version and/or go to that newer code.

There are 80 entries in tests/data.py "missing_repos". These need debugging. Creating issues about what is occurring is a helpful contribution; fixing them is even better.
