Female placed as the default gender; Create a new gender representing missing info/third gender
Describe the bug
In the raw database, genders of some patients is missing, and the same is reflected in the cluster by displaying it as female. Also, it may not be possible for the crowd-sourced data to get gender of all the patients. Also, it gives wrong visualization inference, that more females are infected by the virus.

The CI checks the commit conventions. To prevent to note the problem just in CI, we should add a check in the pre-commit hook. This would require an extra tool installation on the client though.

Me gustaría entender porque la información del producto61 difiere a la publicada en el SAS del Deis, específicamente en el total de defunciones.
Por ejemplo, para Arica y Parinacota, 2020 y 2021 acumula un total de COVID19 confirmado de 512 al día 03/08. Y por otro lado, el producto61 bajo código "U07.1" en columna "CIE 10" (COVID18 confirmado) muestra un total de 510 al
