The insane docker development environment now allows testing of php 7.4(alpha):
openemr/openemr#2498

So, this opens the door for folks to test and fix warnings/errors for php 7.4(alpha). Go get em :)

Install barfed up /massive/ numbers of fixme's but no errors or fails and it said the install finished. I can, if needed, attach the log. System info is below.

When I try to start:

Calling VersionInfo.getInstance("unknown") produces the error message "Invalid version number: Version number may be negative or greater than 255". I suspect "may not" was intended (or perhaps "may" should be "might"?), but that doesn't exactly capture the error either...
