So, this opens the door for folks to test and fix warnings/errors for php 7.4(alpha). Go get em :)

I have managed to get this working using the custom alert, but it's quite clunky and requires encoding the user key, api key, message, etc. in the custom alert body text.

During an upgrade of the Kubernetes package versions in PR #636 a bunch of context.TODO() function call parameters were added. We should go through and plug these into any existing contexts we have and implement new contexts for the others.

The contributor_repo table enumerates contributions that contributors in an Augur instance make across open source. Understanding level, diversity, and temporal cycles of contributions across open source would be helpful to many open source developers seeking new projects. Or fun.
