Modifying a GitHub App

After creating a GitHub App, you can make changes to it.

  1. In the upper-right corner of any page, click your profile photo, then click Settings. Settings icon in the user bar
  2. In the left sidebar, click Developer settings. Developer settings section
  3. In the left sidebar, click GitHub Apps. GitHub Apps section
  4. To the right of the GitHub App you want to modify, click Edit. App selection
  5. In "Basic information", modify the GitHub App information that you'd like to change. Basic information section for your GitHub App
  6. Click Save changes. Button to save changes for your GitHub App
