It looks like we are storing some files that are generated - perhaps we add this to the .gitignore as a solution instead.

Currently, when you delete a character record from the database, it doesn't remove the corresponding note record. This seems to be because the column is set to ON DELETE RESTRICT.

This should be ON DELETE CASCADE.

We would like to get the scraper working on Docker so that we can automate deployments of the scrape.
