Describe the bug

Annotating a pdf file does not save the full path of the pdf-background in the annotated xopp f

When a new account is added under a provider, two similar nodes appear in navigation view. This happens for the first time only. On subsequent loads, this issue is not observed.

Missing feature

Add a setting to disable the "no backup since... " warnings banner at the bottom of the UI; maybe by calling it "This my my secondary computer, do not ask for creating backups"

Justification

Would be nice to have in case you use multiple computers and do backups only on one.

Workarounds

Click "No" in the banner and then "Yes" in the appearing dialog every time

Surely an advertisement, but maybe fixing them also helps with my A*-pathfinding patch issue (emplace() on std::unordered_map).
