This PR pins the versions of
qsharp-coreandqsharp-chemistryinstalled by the qsharp metapackage to match that of the metapackage itself, preventing inconsistent versions ofqsharp-coreandqsharp-chemistryfrom being installed. This in particular affects beta versions, where pip will by default prefer older versions without prerelease labels.
