Tenacity recently removed dates from versions in order to make builds more reproducible. See fbaa87b5110ef2029b10f6d4525d13cf24a0c49d, but the version is very vague now.

It was discussed that we should use commit hashes instead.

The problem is that the most efficient way to run a tree planter used to be to remove the road to his hut once he arrives. This screws up the rare tree planter though since he's not in the economy anymore and doesn't plant rare trees as needed.
