I think the docs may be a bit misleading on how to do session checks for all pages. In this section they suggest using getServerSideProps in _app, while the NextJS docs in this section states that getServerSideProps does not work with custom _app file

InlineImage component should have cursor: pointer style when CMS is enabled.
(Currently is only ever has the normal default cursor.)
The pointer cursor indicates to the user that clicking it will trigger some action.
