I have been asked several times whether the value filled in cc.spec.common.es.externalElasticsearchUrl requires an http prefix, but it is actually not needed, but this key is a bit confusing. I don’t know if I need an http prefix sometimes when I look at it, so I think it’s clearer to change it to externalElasticsearchUrl to externalElasticsearchHost

Summary

When creating docker images for Java applications in the current setup in Jenkins-X the application and all dependencies are all placed in one jar file, meaning it will be in one layer in the docker image.

This means that when new versions of the application are created the unchanged dependencies can't be reused.

jenkinsci/jenkinsfile-runner#511 by @pawoolley introduced support for a new lint command support for Jenkinsfile Runner. IMHO it is a new useful use-case for Jenkinsfile Runner users, and it deserves a documentation section in https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkinsfile-runner/tree/master/docs/using
