Observed vs. expected behavior

Observed: When converting a markdown file, and the target file name already exists, and exception is logged in the IDE's console. This is quite hidden, therefore the user might miss it and will wonder why conversion has failed.

Expected: A dialog should appear as a pop-up to explain what happened.

Steps to reproduce

  • create a markdown file README.m
