Store the generated stanza files into a consistent location with current installation toolkit

Based on some internal discussion

With current toolkit, we leave these around in /usr/lpp/mmfs. We leave Stanza files for the cluster node list AND for the NSDs. This was something we added to our toolkit a couple years in after requests from test and customers.

So opening this issue to change the location from /var/tmp/ to something consistent with the toolkit.
