I made my first contribution on GitHub in Feb 2011 and a would like to call my self an open-source developer. I get so much from the community that giving back comes natural for me. Over the last years I was given quite a few projects from the creators and I'm activelly maintaining them.
My biggest project is vis that I took over from the company that created it and later abandoned it. I saved it, split it up and multible smaller libraries and helped making maintaining easier. Vis.js is now actively maintained again and is used all over the world.
I also took over the nice, little tiny-care-terminal and maintain it actively while keeping it's spirit of inclusion, love and happiness alive.
I also fixed small bug in countless packages and I'm planing to als do this in the future.
Sponsoring me helps me to spend more time on opensource that I otherwise would spend on payed work.
