I'm kicking the tires on changing our Gemfile to gems.rb. However, we have many internal gems within our monorepo and it just occurred to me that it would be cool to have a configurable cop that enforces one or the other.
Describe the solution you'd like
A cop that checks to make sure you have a Gemfile or a `gems.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?
I want to ignore only specific pseudo classes. In Angular its very common to use :host pseudo class, so this always takes 1 place in calculating nested depth
What solution would you like to see?
rules: {
'max-nesting-depth': [
1,
{
ignoreAtRules: [':host'],
},
],

I am disappointed by not seeing all integration options on the introduction page because emacs, vscode and sublime are the only listed ones. It could save me a lot of time if I checked it out integrations page(which is quite extensive and super great) first instead of going over intro and quick start

git diff-tree used by linter on push checks only files from the last commit and regardless of files status, so deleted or renamed files are also checked.

Many repositories need to fix, so please help if you like.
If you could help, it would be helpful if you could comment before starting the work not to overlapping.

In the docs found here:
https://bandit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/plugins/index.html#complete-test-plugin-listing
B109 and B111 show a description instead of a plugin name. This looks inconsistent since all the other plugin names are listed. I believe this is a result of a recent change to remove these deprecated plugins.
