It seems like right now there is no way to specify a full tgz for the files that should go into the package. And there is no way to specify the ownership and permissions in detail (that I see).
Would be great if one could provide a complete tgz as the data section of package.
Somehow, I need to log in to see files changed in a package revision. Whether this is fine or not, I'm not sure. It's clearly wrong though that the link is displayed if someone isn't authorized to navigate to that page.
We either authorize anonymous users to see files changed or we hide the link.
