    Personally, I think you would have been better off just acknowledging the problem privately and figuring out some things you could do to improve it then. Instead of centering yourself in the conversation over a perceived slight.

    Looking at a newish tech/.NET podcast... out of 24 episodes, it would appear that only 1 guest is not a white male - and the 1 guest is still male. How can we change the industry when so-called tech influencers can't be arsed to diversify their guest lists? 1/n

    been a tiring couple of weeks for me and I just want to say one thing: keep doing your hobbies that make you YOU. do not sacrifice who you are as a person for work! I’ve always had that mindset, and lost it along the way, and now I’m finding my way back to that mindset ❤️
