Describe the bug
Adding a reference to a ClassLibrary project from a UWP application project generates a XAML compiler warning.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Visual Studio 2019 (or 2017)
2. Create a new Universal Windows Class Library project
3. Create a new Universal Windows Application project in the same solution
4. Add a reference to the Class Library project from the Appl

Album Art displayed looks terrible.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Some sort of image resize algorithm implemented to make it look less terrible. Something simple is fine.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

The circle inside the radiobutton is not in the center when I use it in a high dpi display, using Google Chrome.

It would be really nice to have this nice hover effect over the buttons. Without it, it doesn't really feel like Windows.
