Quickly hover onto menu in Dropdown.Butt

The DatePicker component is already created and it's functional, but it was written some time ago and it can be refactored (migrating from class-based to hooks). In order to achieve a good result, we also need a good test coverage.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to SfGallery
2. Click on With Outside zoom
3. Move your mouse on an image to zoom and see red lines (missing alt)

Expected behavior
Zoomed image without red lines
