Now we're using this redis 3 format in undermoon:

We need to support latest format as some redis cluster proxy does not support this old format.

In the new format, there's an @<port> after the address 127.0.0.1:30004.

There are several metrics that verify the health state of the deployed nodes. According to the issue hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm#3719 there is no option to define multiple scopes for single alert. We should track this issue to add essentials alerts such as validator count to Azure Monitor.
