Hey! First off, THANK YOU for releasing the Readme fix. Unfortunately, the text is now really hard to read. I’m using CodeHub 2.19.1 with dark mode, iOS 13.4.1 and an iPad Air 3.

The text is very hard to read, yes, but in addition to that, there are also parts in the app, for example, the Notifications list and the small list of buttons above the keyboard when writing comments, which don't take Dark Mode into consideration at all.

Another example of that is in this very screenshot (the followers/following counters).

A temporary workaround: use Shortcuts app to disable Dark Mode when running CodeHub. Use “Automation” section, not “My Shortcuts”. Add new —> Create personal —> Settings::Open App. Choose CodeHub —> Done —> Next. Add Action —> search for ‘appear’ —> choose “Set Appearance” —> Set Appearance to: Light —> Next —> disable “Ask before running” —> Done.

If you want to automatically switch back to Dark Mode with other apps, follow same procedure as above but choose the apps you use most often (the app picker is multi-select). Set Appearance to::Dark.

That's a very nice idea, but it'd be very much preferred if that wouldn't be necessary. In #669, the lead developer confirmed a fix will be published soon, nonetheless.

I’d rather not set my system theme for one app. I happily await the fix!

2 months later...same issue

Glad Github now has their own app, but it doesn’t have some features I like from this one, namely the easy account switch.
